Our creative designers and production team have vast experience in all aspects of design and marketing – whether it be brand creation, print-based material, websites, exhibition projects, shop fitting or foreign language projects.
Alison Steward: Director of Creative Services
Alison has been in working in the design industry since graduating from Camberwell College of Art. Before going on to co-found Pad Creative, she worked extensively in the publishing and print-based communications sector, producing magazines, annual reports, brochures and internal communications for many of the top FTSE 250 companies and government departments, including: Clifford Chance, Sainsburys, Jewson, The British Red Cross, HM Courts Service and The Lord Chancellor's Department. Since 2001, Alison has been art directing a broad range of projects for clients such as the NHS, GSL Global (previously Group 4), HM Coroners Office, The Metropolitan Police Federation and Ohal (part of the WPP Group).
Peter Jacobs: Director of Technical Services
Peter began working in the design industry, primarily as a digital illustrator, in 1996 after studying at Clerkenwell College of Art in central London. He promptly broadened his skills to print and website design while spending over five years at one of London's largest contract publishing firms producing magazines, annual reports, printed literature and websites for clients such as: BOC, Corgi, Group 4, The Office of Fair Trading, The Prince's Trust and DeLaRue. In 2001 Peter co-founded Pad Creative and has since worked on projects for clients across the spectrum, from Annual Reviews for a regional homeless charity, to large exhibition stands for high profile technology companies including IBM and Sungard. Peter has played a major role in expanding Pad's online operations.

Jon Garrard: Senior Designer and Business Development
Co-Ordinator
Since Graduating from Loughborough University in 2004 with a BA in visual communication, Jon has developed his career at Pad Creative. He is now responsible for several key accounts such as: sportessex; the governing body for sport in Essex, and Hawkstone Hall; an international pastoral centre in Shropshire. Jon relishes the challenge of expanding Pad Creative's client base and has been a vital part of the business's development.
Michelle Creedon: Credit Control and Accounts Manager
Michelle Creedon joined Pad Creative at the end of 2007 following a successful position at Merrill Lynch. Michelle makes sure Pad's finances are kept in order and heads up Pad's credit control processes. With a dedicated administration and finance team to back her up, Michelle focuses on the development of the business in relation to sales and processes .
The company is ideally situated for clients in London as well as Bromley, Beckenham, Croydon, Kent and Surrey.
